Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy

• Exchanges: Unused products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. The product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags, dust bag, accessories and packaging intact.
• For an exchange requested due to change of mind or personal preference, applicable forward and reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• Returns: Dossier does not ordinarily accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, colour/size perception, or where the product does not meet subjective expectations.
• However, Dossier may accommodate such return requests at its discretion as an exception. If approved, the forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
• Damaged, defective or incorrect products: Please contact us at care@dossier.co.in or WhatsApp +91 9355562480 within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and an unboxing video.
• In case of a verified manufacturing defect, damaged product or incorrect item, Dossier will arrange the pickup and replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
• If the same product/variant is unavailable for an approved replacement, the customer may choose another available product of equivalent value or opt for an eligible refund. No shipping charges will be deducted in such cases where the issue is attributable to Dossier.
• All exchanges, replacements and approved returns are subject to a quality check after the product is received by us.
• Products showing signs of use, wear, alteration, mishandling, or products returned without their original tags/accessories may not be accepted.
• Gift Boxes, Gift Cards, customised products, products marked Final Sale, and qualifying orders containing complimentary/free gifts are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. This does not affect claims relating to a verified damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied product.
• Products sent back without first contacting Dossier and receiving approval will not be accepted.
• Once approved, reverse pickup will ordinarily be arranged by Dossier. Please securely pack the product with its original packaging for pickup.
• For an eligible refund on a Cash on Delivery order, a secure Razorpay refund link may be sent to the registered mobile number to collect the required refund details.
