Return Policy - Products purchased can only be replaced if there are any manufacturing defects within 7 days.
- Returns, exchanges, or replacements are accepted for unused items within 7 days of delivery. (Items must have original tags, dust bags, and boxes intact.)
- Gift Boxes and orders with free gifts are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange.

- Pick-up and delivery will be handled by Dossier.
